World Kidney Day
World Kidney Day takes place every year on the second Thursday of March, at the initiative of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the International Federation of Kidney Foundations. In Gabon, SOGANEPH has organised it since 2023 with the Ministry of Health. Each edition includes scientific meetings the day before, for health professionals, and a day of free screening open to all. Since 2024, activities have extended to several provinces.
